Qualification and experience required:
You need to have a good 2.1 or above degree in a relevant Engineering or Science related degree, from a reputable university. If you have placement/intern experience or have specifically focused your passion and interest in our field, then we want to hear all about it. EASL want to hire graduates that aim to be more than just average engineer. We are a small business and your commitment and drive will shine through the minute you start working with us.
We are a diverse and inclusive team and we can consider Tier 2 visa sponsorship as long as you have achieved a relevant PhD or Masters course and your CV meets the criteria.

The recruitment process
Email or post your CV and articulate a cover letter, it’s a prerequisite with Antony Hurst, our MD. We have numerous applications and we want your best foot forward when it comes to first impressions. Follow some of the useful links and blogs we post about securing your first job and how to sell your academic and personal experiences to us. If you have any questions, email and ask us. Make sure your employment related social profiles are updated with your experience.
You will have 1-2 face to face interviews, one will involve a timed task and then a potential meet and greet with other senior team members or other graduates currently working for us. You can expect each stage to last for 1-2 hours unless specified otherwise. At each stage, you will know who you are meeting. Outcomes are informed within 1-2 weeks.
