Qualification requirements:
Our minimum requirement is that you have a good honours degree (minimum 2:1) in a relevant Engineering or Science field. Many members of our team have a Masters / PhD. If you have one, that’s great news!

The working week
EASL offers flexible working hours and a hybrid working arrangement.

Our offices provide an airy, collaborative and ergonomic workspace with lots of natural light in working areas and meeting rooms. We have break out areas and a communal kitchen ensuring that the spaces support our way of working and overall vision.

The recruitment process

Our interview process is thorough, but we aim to do this with as few face-to-face meetings as possible. It’s an important decision process for all involved and we dedicate the necessary time to make the right choice.

Salary benchmarks and benefits
The Directors at EASL offer a generous pay structure and salaries are frequently benchmarked to remain competitive in the marketplace. We tailor remuneration to suit our employees’ experience and position within the company and retain fairness and equality for all. Please advise your salary expectation when applying.

We offer an employer contribution pension scheme and, after 5 years of service a share purchase scheme.
